Strolling through the city tonight, Dave and I were capturing photos to add to our collection to mull over when we get home. The clouds were such a pretty pink tonight. We sure will miss the beautiful ancient buildings we see around every corner.

Is Meghan at a swim meet or........ ? Today her school swim team challenged two other schools in the area. Every other Wednesday she does not have school so the meets are usually on Wednesdays. The team rode a chartered bus to the meet in Auray, about a half hour away. It looks like Meghan is more interested in reading the third Twilight series book, Eclipse than what is going on at the meet. Dave's mom tells the story that once Dave actually was reading a book during an Algebra test when she was the substitute teacher.

Her American friend Tabatha and Meghan both earned bronze and silver medals. Way to go girls!!!

This morning I was pampered for the last time here in France by my coiffure, Marie-Claude and her two assistants. Each assistant playing a different role; either washing, coloring or blow drying, while Marie-Claude only cuts the hair. She is very particular which I like but you can't be in a hurry. I was a little concerned with how the color would turn out since I said I would like it a little lighter( in English) and another client interpreted it in French. It was an act of faith that she got the translation correct. Not to worry, I was very pleased with the results.

Meghan is pretty obsessed with reading lately. Not a problem in my book, just glad she is replacing T.V.time with such a great interest.
JEREMIAH 6:16 The Lord says: "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls."
