Yesterday was a beautiful day for cycling. The day started in the low 40's but warmed up rather quickly and by the end of the ride most of us had shed our jackets. Several of the women spoke French and English so I was able to carry on a conversation with several of the women. They were so nice and I felt welcomed right away. After about an hour of riding we stopped and I seized the moment to take a group shot (minus me). Thanks Heidi for including me in your biking group.
We rode for about a total of two hours. With views like this the time goes quickly and the ride was over before I knew it.
The French don't seem to mind the cold water. We saw several people swimming even though the air temperature was probably around 50 at this time in the morning.
I was so taken with the beauty of the morning that I only took the group photo. It was the first sunny morning we had in several days. So thanks Heidi for sharing your photos.DAVE WENT TO WORK AND MEGHAN WENT TO SCHOOL........
