Hi, It's Meghan again. As you can see I have had another sore week (I mean my muscles) at camp. I have emailed a few people and told them that I would be doing archery this week. Well it turns out that archery was all boys, so I switched to gymnastics & trampoline.

This is the room for gymnastics and trampoline. The trampoline was right behind all the mats. All the mats are there because we were playing a French game. The person in the middle would say ciel (which means sky) or terre (which means ground), then they would count to 5 (in French of course). If they said "ceil " you had to climb on top of something and be off the ground. If they said "terre" you had to get out of their sight or hide. If they see you are not on something or not hiding they would say "1,2,3 I see the girl (or boy) in the ......" and decribe your outfit and you were out.

The last day we played games and did a challenge course. Lauren , this is kind of like at church camp. We would do a somer sault down a ramp, run between 2 bars on a cylinder, hop in a pit filled with foam cubes, run to the other side of it (which was extremely hard), run to a rope and swing on it like Tarzan, jump onto 2 mini trampolines, hop up on a horse and jump off, get up on a balance beam and swing on a bar all while racing another person.

This is how are are day went. From 2-2:45 we ran and streched. From 2:45-4:30 we would either do gymnastics or trampoline, then we would switch. From 4:30-5 we ate our snack. From 5-6 we played games. This week I played a game called kick the ball which is very similiar to kick the can.

This is my instuctor, her name is Tiphaine. Each week the instructors switch areas so I was lucky to have her two weeks in a row.
I had a very good week and it was a lot of fun!
