The morning started off with a view of this sunrise from our balcony. It rained off and on all day so I had a difficult time trying to get the sheets to dry. As soon as they were close to being dry, another shower would come through. One of the sheets is draped over the couch to dry overnight. The joys of living without a dryer.

As I was running/walking this a.m., I came across this hidden treasure through the brush. I now have a big bruise on my forehead from the tree I banged my head into as I was climbing back up to the path. The price you pay!

It amazes me that on the west side of the path are cruise boats leaving for the morning and on the east side is corn and hayfields and cows. What a contrast!

Meghan still able to climb on Dave's shoulders at 12 years old and 90+ pounds. Good way to see the parade this past weekend.

Cindy S. this picture is especially for YOU! We found this Aldi's in Auray on Saturday. Dave was kind enough to stop after a long day of sightseeing so Meghan and I could do some shopping. Meghan found three packs of chewing gum for 1.35 euro, which is a deal. She was down to three packs of gum (from the 10 she brought) from the states and refused to pay 4 euros for gum. We had fun looking at all the different foods we don't have at the Irvington Aldi.
AND TODAY DAVE WENT TO WORK.................
